COVID-19 Consultation Update
Effective 25 May 2020
As COVID-19 restrictions across Australia are slowly eased, we have re-opened our face to face consultations to limited hours and conditions. We know these restrictions can be challenging and we understand each person’s situation is different, however, all people making face to face consultations must complete the COVID-19 declaration form as part of the booking.
All consultations are subject to our Consultation Policy. Please read and understand the policy before proceeding.
Online Video Consultations
We offer both face-to-face consultations at our Melbourne office and video and phone consultations if you’re unable or prefer not to come into our office in West Melbourne. We use Zoom Meetings for our video consultations. If you prefer an online video meeting rather than a face-to-face meeting, please select your consultation from the Online Video Consultations group. Instructions for using Zoom will be included in the email after you complete your booking.
Client Information Questionnaire
We require information on your background to provide suitable advice on your situation. You will be asked to complete the questionnaire after selecting your appointment time. For the time being we also require people making face to face bookings to complete the COVID-19 declaration form.
The consultation fee must be made at the time of booking the appointment or prior to your consultation. The consultation fees are only for the initial consultation. Subsequent consultations will be charged at the agent’s hourly rate. If you have any questions please contact us directly.
