James has been practicing exclusively in the field of migration since 2005. He is a qualified lawyer and registered migration agent. He has helped companies and individual clients from all over the world with all types of visa applications and appeals.
Jackson has worked as a registered migration agent for 10 years and focuses on employer sponsored visa matters including the 457 program, Labour Agreements, and immigration compliance. Jackson has a keen interest in policy development, in particular in the overlap between immigration and workplace laws. Jackson is a Nationally accredited mediator, conducts workplace investigations and provides training services to businesses on workplace discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
Yunn has practised in the immigration field since 2013. She specialises in Family, Skilled, Student and Protection visa matters, combining her legal knowledge with a deep understanding of each case to achieve the best outcome. She has experience in complex visa and citizenship matters including those relating to health, character, Schedule 3, as well as applications for appeals to the Tribunals and Courts.
Rebecca has practiced immigration law since 2010. With 8 years’ experience in the field, she is highly qualified to provide advice and assistance to both individual and corporate clients in skilled, family and humanitarian migration, as well as citizenship and temporary entrant visas.
Madeleine is a Lawyer and Registered Migration Agent and is dedicated to working closely with her clients in providing professional advice and assistance throughout the visa application process.
Lara has practiced immigration law since 2018. She is passionate about assisting clients who seek to make a home in Australia. She is experienced in employer sponsored visas and partner visas. Lara holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University. She was admitted in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory in 2014. Lara can speak Malay and basic to intermediate Mandarin.
Luke joined the Hammond Taylor team in early 2018 following completion of his legal studies and a period of working internationally in Business Development. Luke’s role is focused on managing client files and assisting other lawyers and migration agents with visa casework. Luke is also involved in business development and overseeing various technology integration projects.
Jessie is an education and migration assistant. She has been working in the industry since 2014. She is familiar with Australian student framework and Department of Home Affairs visa system. She is experienced in assisting education consultants to provide information, advice and support, and processing of enrolment applications for international students seeking placement in various levels of Australian education institutions. Jessie also assists immigration lawyers and migration agents to manage and finalise visa applications.
Arum joined Hammond Taylor in mid-2017 to support the immigration lawyers and migration agents to manage client files. Arum's background in Australian migration and international education provide an ideal skill set to support Hammond Taylor clients through the complex immigration process. Prior to moving to Australia Arum owned and operated an English school in Seoul where they taught children from pre-school through to high school to develop their English language skills. Arum has a Bachelor Degree in Education from Korea and is a native Korean speaker.
Anna is the Office Manager at Hammond Taylor. She oversees customer service, accounts, internal operations, marketing and business operations. Anna has significant experience in business administration and international taxation. Prior to joining Hammond Taylor, Anna worked as a tax analyst for one of the Big 4 Accounting Firm in Australia and overseas.
Paul has extensive experience in the digital space, spanning digital strategy, search marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation. Paul's experience in digital marketing enables him to gain insights into the ways audiences interact with brands and how businesses can best attract, engage and retain new clients.
Harrison joined Hammond Taylor in late 2018 to perform administrative and case-focused work, assist in developing a new iteration of the firm's legal practice management software and to provide further technological support, all in the name of ensuring that both staff and clients have the smoothest migration experience possible. Harrison is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Computer Science, majoring in Cybersecurity, at Swinburne University of Technology.
Zoë joined Hammond Taylor as a paralegal in early 2019, assisting the firm’s immigration lawyers and migration agents with a range of procedural, research and administrative tasks. Zoë is a fifth year Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts student at Monash University, majoring in Human Rights with a minor in Spanish and Latin American studies. She has wide interests in both commercial and public law, and is passionate about the tangible impact of immigration law on the lives of individuals.
Sione is in her penultimate year of the Juris Doctor program at Monash University and joined Hammond Taylor as a paralegal in early 2019. Her role is focused on assisting the lawyers and migration agents at Hammond Taylor with a range of administrative, research and casework tasks. She has a particular interest in protection visa files, having previously worked both in Australian and international jurisdictions on refugee protection and humanitarian caseloads.
Rex joined Hammond Taylor as a paralegal in early 2019, having prior experience in commercial and migration law fields. His role involves providing clerical assistance to Hammond Taylor’s migration agents and lawyers across the gamut of casework and research tasks. Rex is currently in his penultimate year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB Hons.) and Music (BMusA) at Monash University, majoring in Classical Performance (Violin), and has a keen interest in administrative law and intellectual property.
